By accessing Qiblafy ("the Service"), operated by Tixe Inc., you agree to use it respectfully, lawfully, and for the welfare of yourself and the global Muslim ummah. All reading features of Qiblafy are provided free of charge and ad-free. Posting features (Jobs, Financial Support, Matrimonial) require an active Qiblafy subscription, which is free for the first 30 days and may be cancelled at any time.

Facilitator role. Qiblafy serves strictly as a facilitator. Users connect and engage directly with one another. Tixe Inc. and Qiblafy maintain a policy of non-interference; we do not intervene in private communications, negotiations, or settlements at any stage.

Accuracy. Prayer times, Qibla bearings and Hijri dates are calculated using established astronomical methods. Local moon-sighting authorities take precedence for religious observance.

Acceptable use. Do not misrepresent yourself, post unlawful content, or use Qiblafy to defraud or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these principles.

No warranty. The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your privacy is sacred. Qiblafy collects only the information needed to deliver its services. Location is requested solely to compute prayer times and Qibla direction; it is processed on your device and never sold.

What we store. Preferences (location, calculation method, madhab) are saved locally in your browser. Feedback and Ummah Support submissions are stored to allow us to respond and to facilitate matches.

What we never do. We do not display ads, sell data, track users across the web, or share your contact information without your consent.

Declaration. Qiblafy is an exclusive initiative under Tixe Inc. Reading features are free for everyone; posting features are funded by transparent user subscriptions (free for the first 30 days) which keep the Service sustainable and independent.
