Policies & Agreements

These Terms govern your access to and use of Qiblafy, including the website (qiblafy.com), the mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Tixe Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account. Posting or transacting in the Careers, Financing, or Matrimonial sections — which may involve contracts, employment, or marriage-related arrangements — requires you to be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at salam@qiblafy.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Free reading, tiered posting. All reading features (Prayer Times, Qibla, Hijri Calendar, browsing Ummah Support listings, etc.) are free of charge and ad-free. Posting in the Jobs, Financial Support, or Matrimonial sections is available at every membership tier — including the free Standard tier — with limits that expand as you upgrade. Paid tiers (Classic through Elite) additionally receive a 7-day free trial which can be cancelled at any time before it converts to a paid subscription.

Facilitator role. Qiblafy is strictly a facilitator. Users connect and engage directly with one another. Tixe Inc. and Qiblafy maintain a strict policy of non-interference and do not intervene in private communications, negotiations, arrangements, or settlements at any stage.

Content you submit. You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on Qiblafy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute it for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property. The Qiblafy name, logo, design, copy and software are owned by Tixe Inc. and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Copyright & IP complaints. If you believe content posted by a user on Qiblafy infringes your copyright or trademark, notify us at salam@qiblafy.com with the details of the work and the allegedly infringing content. We will review the report in good faith and remove content that we determine to be infringing.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users, the Ummah, or the Service itself. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; failing that, by the competent courts of the State of Delaware, USA.

Force majeure. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, internet or utility failures, or governmental action.

Severability & entire agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tixe Inc. regarding the Service.

Your privacy is sacred to us. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect.

• Location — only with your permission, used on your device to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. It is not transmitted to our servers and is never sold.
• Account information — if you sign in to post on Ummah Support, we store your email, display name, and authentication identifiers on our secure backend (Lovable Cloud).
• Submitted content — posts, feedback, and support requests you voluntarily submit.
• Notifications — prayer-time alerts are scheduled locally on your device; we do not see them.
• Technical logs — minimal server logs (timestamp, route, error codes) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period.

What we do NOT do. We do not show advertisements, sell your data, use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, profile you across the web, or share your contact information with anyone without your explicit consent.

Payments. Subscriptions are currently offered in test mode. When paid subscriptions are processed for real, payment will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, and Qiblafy will never store your full card number.

Communications. We may email you to respond to your inquiries or about your account or subscription; any such email includes an unsubscribe option. We do not send promotional marketing email unless you opt in.

Legal bases. We process personal data on the basis of your consent (location, account creation, posting), the performance of our contract with you (delivering subscribed features), and our legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention).

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to salam@qiblafy.com. You may also delete your account from within the app.

Data retention. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal and operational needs. You may request earlier deletion.

Children. Qiblafy is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users. Qiblafy serves the global Ummah. By using the Service you consent to your information being processed in the regions where our infrastructure operates, with appropriate safeguards.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Religious observance. Prayer times, Qibla bearings, and Hijri dates are computed using established astronomical methods and reputable calculation conventions. They are intended as a helpful reference. For matters of religious observance, local moon-sighting and authoritative scholars in your community take precedence.

User-generated content. Jobs, Financial Support requests, Matrimonial profiles, and other listings are submitted by users. Qiblafy and Tixe Inc. do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any user, posting, or arrangement. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging with any other user.

Careers. Qiblafy is not an employer or recruiter, does not vet employers, and does not verify the legitimacy of any job listing. Please exercise normal diligence before accepting any offer or making any payment.

Halal Financing. Qiblafy is not a bank, lender, or licensed financial institution, does not process or guarantee any loan or financing arrangement, and does not certify the Shariah compliance of any specific listing. Independently verify all terms and consult a qualified scholar or advisor before proceeding.

Matrimonial. Qiblafy does not conduct background checks on members. You are strongly encouraged to independently verify identity, involve a wali / guardian, and follow the proper legal marriage procedures in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

No professional advice. Nothing on Qiblafy constitutes legal, financial, medical, or religious advice. Consult qualified professionals for your personal circumstances.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixe Inc., Qiblafy, and their officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any user interaction facilitated through it.

Qiblafy memberships (Standard, Classic, Exclusive, Premium, Elite) govern posting limits in Ummah Support (Jobs, Financial Support, Matrimonial). Reading and all other features remain free for everyone. Standard is free forever with modest posting limits; paid tiers add higher limits and a 7-day free trial.

Free trial. New subscribers to a paid tier (Classic through Elite) receive a 7-day free trial with full access to that tier's posting features. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will convert automatically to a paid subscription at the then-current price.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Prices are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current billing cycle.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access to posting features until then.

Refunds. Because you have a 7-day free trial to fully evaluate the paid features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refund requests in good faith for billing errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, or clear technical failures that prevented use of the paid features. Write to billing@qiblafy.com with your account email and details.

App-store purchases. If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective store under their terms.

You agree NOT to use Qiblafy to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or marital status.
• Post unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Solicit money under false pretences or run financial schemes.
• Promote political agendas, sectarianism, or content that divides the Ummah.
• Collect or scrape user data without consent.
• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Qiblafy exists to serve the global Muslim Ummah with adab (good conduct). Please:

• Be truthful, respectful and kind in all interactions.
• Honour the privacy and trust of people you connect with.
• Keep matrimonial conversations modest and involve a wali / guardian where appropriate.
• For financial-support requests, share only what is needed and verify the recipient before sending funds.
• Report abuse, fraud, or misconduct to salam@qiblafy.com.

Qiblafy uses a minimal set of cookies and browser local-storage entries that are strictly necessary to operate the Service:

• Authentication — to keep you signed in securely.
• Preferences — your chosen city, calculation method, madhab and theme are saved locally on your device.
• Security — to protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.

We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies. You may clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time; doing so will reset your preferences.

Qiblafy is an exclusive initiative under Tixe Inc. It is not affiliated with any government, political party, or sectarian body. All reading features are free for everyone, forever. Posting is available at every tier — including the free Standard tier — with limits that expand as you upgrade, and paid tiers include a 7-day free trial. These transparent memberships keep the Service sustainable and independent.
