Your privacy is sacred to us. This policy explains how Qiblafy (operated by Tixe Inc.) collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
1Data Collection & Privacy Safeguards
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. This includes your email address (for account authentication), optional display name, and any content you voluntarily submit (e.g., job postings, support requests, or matrimonial profiles).
Location data is processed entirely on your device to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. It is never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never shared with any third party.
We do not use advertising IDs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
2Payment Processing Security
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store financial or credit card credentials on our infrastructure. All billing transactions are encrypted end-to-end through Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Your payment method details are held exclusively by Stripe and are never accessible to Qiblafy or Tixe Inc. employees. Subscription status is synced via Stripe webhooks; we only retain a non-sensitive status flag (active / cancelled / expired) to gate posting features.
3Spouse-Finding Privacy & Safety Indexing
Our future Spouse-Finding (Matrimonial) module is architected with privacy-by-design principles. Profile data is indexed using pseudonymised identifiers; real names and contact details are withheld until both parties explicitly consent to a match.
All matrimonial conversations are end-to-end facilitated through the platform. We strongly encourage the involvement of a wali or guardian at every stage. Reporting mechanisms and automated anomaly detection safeguard against misuse, harassment, or misrepresentation.
No matrimonial profile data will ever be used for advertising targeting, sold to third parties, or indexed by external search engines.
4Your Rights & Data Retention
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your profile and associated content from our systems within 30 days.
Technical server logs (timestamps, route paths, anonymised error codes) are retained for a maximum of 90 days for security and reliability purposes, then purged automatically.
