Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qiblafy, including the website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Tixe Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at salam@qiblafy.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the integrity of the Service.

Certain features (posting jobs, financial-support requests, or matrimonial profiles) require an active Qiblafy subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store financial or credit card credentials on our infrastructure.

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the then-current price.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable because the free trial provides sufficient time to evaluate paid features. We will consider refund requests in good faith for billing errors or technical failures that prevented use.

The Qiblafy Spouse-Finding (Matrimonial) module is a facilitation service only. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any user profile, match, or arrangement. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before engaging with any other user.

All users of the matrimonial module must be at least 18 years old. We strongly recommend the involvement of a wali or guardian in all matrimonial communications. Misrepresentation of marital status, age, or identity is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

Qiblafy and Tixe Inc. maintain a strict policy of non-interference in private communications, negotiations, and settlements between users.

You agree NOT to use Qiblafy to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, age, or marital status.
• Post unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Solicit money under false pretences or operate financial schemes.
• Promote political agendas, sectarianism, or content that divides the Ummah.
• Collect, scrape, or harvest user data without explicit consent.
• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixe Inc., Qiblafy, and their officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any user interaction facilitated through it.

Prayer times, Qibla bearings, and Hijri dates are computed using established astronomical methods as a helpful reference. For matters of religious observance, local moon-sighting and authoritative scholars in your community take precedence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Tixe Inc.'s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; failing that, by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
